We welcome our new international Sales Director

Alice Kramolišová has been leading my-PV’s international sales team since January 2024, driving the company's global expansion and market entry efforts.

As a leading manufacturer in the field of photovoltaic heat, we are strengthening our international team with Alice Kramolišová as our new international Sales Director. Since January 2024, the newest member of the my-PV family has been leading the international sales team with the aim of establishing photovoltaic heat as a self-consumption solution worldwide.

Alice Kramolišová brings extensive expertise as a qualified marketing and sales professional, which she has applied in companies in Austria and Italy. Before joining the solar-electric team at my-PV, the 48-year-old worked for a fittings manufacturer as well as a windowsill and tabletop manufacturer. Additionally, she has worked for the Chamber of Commerce in India and the Dubai World Trade Center. Furthermore, Alice Kramolišová, who studied in the Czech Republic, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Sweden, worked as a freelance interpreter for the Czech Embassy in Rome for 15 years. In addition to her sales expertise, the native Czech has impressive language skill to offer: She speaks fluent German, English, French, Italian, Russian, and Spanish, and has advanced language skills in Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese, and Turkish. Her fluency in multiple languages positions her perfectly for many emerging markets, where our linearly controlled products can meet hot water demand from surplus photovoltaic energy – from solar energy instead of fossil fuels.

Why did Alice choose my-PV?

Alice Kramolišová particularly appreciates the corporate culture at the Upper Austrian expert in PV-heat, which fosters innovation and creativity. "Here, people and their ideas are listened to," she says. "That's what defines the innovation and creativity of the company." Through teamwork, she aims to make my-PV internationally known in the coming years and promote our innovative and environmentally friendly ideas worldwide.

The increasing demand for energy solutions that increase self-sufficiency offers us new sales opportunities. "The feed-in of photovoltaics is becoming increasingly unprofitable with the new legislation in Belgium and the Netherlands, while self-consumption is on the rise. In southern Australia, customers are already paying for feed-in, which also favors self-consumption. In Upper Austria, there is even a ban on feed-in for new photovoltaic systems, and more countries will follow suit. With Alice Kramolišová, we have found an excellent Sales Director to position ourselves even better in the new markets," explains our CEO, Dr. Gerhard Rimpler. Markus Gundendorfer remains Sales Director for the DACH region, unaffected by this change.
