my-PV was founded in 2011 by Dr. Gerhard Rimpler and Markus Gundendorfer, two former executives of a solar inverter manufacturer. Many years of experience, idealism, persistence, innovative spirit and professionalism are the recipes for success that have meanwhile turned into a significant high-tech company in Austria with an international reach.

But there is another force that drives us at my-PV in our work: the conviction that everyone has a right to clean and renewable energy.

That's why we at my-PV produce functional and innovative solutions for housing technology powered by solar electricity. We want to show that today you don't have to choose between ecological and economical solutions for your own power supply. We show our customers how they can get more out of their existing or planned photovoltaic system in an affordable, sustainable and resource-saving way, while at the same time making a sustainable contribution to society.

The solar electric company site

In August 2021 a big dream came true for us! The first solar-electric company building in Austria had been set up in our home municipality of Sierning. At this location, our new company building with production and storage area, an R&D department, office spaces and reception and training area was built on about 2,600 m². The new premises increase our production capacity fivefold and we finally have room for growth and expansion.
